Marie-Claude Hébert
Marie-Claude Hébert has been with Prevost for over 13 years, serving as the Customer Service Manager and overseeing the parts call center for North America. Based in Quebec City, Quebec, Marie-Claude leads a team of 20 agents who support Prevost customers across Canada and the U.S., handling everything from parts inquiries to backorder management. Her team fields up to 370 calls daily, processes 500 lines of orders, and offers service in French, English, and Spanish.
“It all started 12 years ago when I saw an open position at Prevost and applied,” she recalls. “I got the position, started in warranty administration, and worked my way up to the part sales team. I’ve always felt surrounded by an amazing team and passionate people who helped me grow within the company.”
Looking to the future, Marie-Claude is confident in Prevost’s ongoing success. “The future looks amazing,” she shares. “There will be challenges, but we have the team to handle everything that comes our way.”
