May 2026 - Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - Customer Login Update
Important Update – Effective June 10, 2026
Starting June 10, 2026, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be required to access Volvo Group and Prevost applications.
What you need to do
You must complete your MFA enrollment before June 10, 2026 to avoid losing access to your applications.
Applications affected
MFA will be required for the following applications:
• Prevost Pro – Online Ordering
• Online Warranty
• Prevost Tech Tool (already active)
What is MFA?
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra security step when logging in. After entering your password, you will be asked to confirm your identity using a second method.
Changes to your login
• Each user must have a unique email address
• Your User ID will change:
o Example: M300852 → [email protected]
• You will use this new ID to log in
MFA authentication methods
During enrollment, you will choose one of the following options:
• Mobile phone (SMS or voice call) – recommended
• Authenticator app (Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, etc.)
• Security key (YubiKey)
If you do not have a mobile phone, a landline or security key can be used.
