The decade began with a pandemic that severely affected local, national, and global businesses, putting the daily lives of millions on hold. The motorcoach industry was forced to park vehicles, causing detrimental effects to organizations, both large and small. Prevost prioritized operator challenges, offering programs and products to keep drivers and passengers safe.
In 2020, Prevost launched Clean+Care, an all-encompassing program to support operators during unprecedented times.
The company demonstrated its commitment to customers by implementing programs to help operators get back to business. Offerings included extended warranties to cover fleets as they stood idle, Prevost Clean+Care with protective solutions for drivers and passengers, and new rental and short-term leasing options to meet operator needs.
In 2021, Prevost revolutionized driver visibility with eMirrors, the first electronic side mirror system in the North American motorcoach industry. Cloud One was also introduced. Exclusive to Prevost, this innovative new seat model provided industry-leading ergonomics and passenger comfort.

In 2023, the all-new, 100th edition H3-45 was introduced at the United Motorcoach Expo in Orlando. With a up to +12% improvement in fuel efficiency and industry-leading interior design, the coach set a new standard for luxury motorcoaches.
Prevost celebrated its 100th anniversary with the reproduction of the first model, affectionately named Clarisse in honor of founder Eugène Prévost's wife, and built by their descendants.
