Prevost Technical Institute (PTI) offers an extensive training program that can be customized to meet the individual needs of any customer. A three-pronged approach of Prevost-hosted events, instruction at customer locations, and online learning ensures the availability of Prevost expertise to all.

Hands-on Technical Training

Each year, as many as 650 technicians complete one of the hands-on training sessions held at Prevost facilities throughout North America. These sessions, conducted by our factory-trained experts, range from high-level overviews to in-depth system teardown and component replacement. Customized sessions held at customer sites, taught by the same professional trainers, are also available.

Upcoming Training

Regional training seminars cover various subjects and are held at Prevost Service Centers unless otherwise noted. Training subjects for each event can be viewed in the detailed course information available on the PTI™ online portal. With class sizes limited, prospective attendees are urged to sign up well in advance. (Registration closes 1 week before the event.) Once you have registered for a training event you will receive a confirmation letter with detailed information from Prevost Technical Institute™. Be sure to check back throughout the year as new events will be added.

Registration process

Helpful hint - watch the registration instruction video for a full walk through of the registration process

  • Parma # is your Prevost customer account number; if you do not know the account number, enter your company's full name
  • Passwords must be 6-20 characters and must contain upper and lower case and a combination of letters and numbers
  • Once submitted, administrators will approve your application
  • Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to PTI online
  • Use the "Have a password" tab to enter the PTI site
  • Use your email and previously created password to access the trainings
