Prevost Celebrates Customer Milestone with “Ring the Bell” Delivery Event in Sainte-Claire

SAINTE-CLAIRE, Quebec (April 21, 2026) — Prevost recently marked another milestone in customer partnership and manufacturing excellence with a celebratory “Ring the Bell” event at its Sainte-Claire facility, honoring the deliveries of two new H3-45 motorcoaches to Lorenz Bus Service and Timi’s Tours.

The tradition invites customers to commemorate the completion of their vehicles by ringing a ceremonial bell on the factory floor, symbolizing the culmination of craftsmanship, collaboration and shared pride between Prevost and its customers.

Representatives from Lorenz Bus Service and Timi’s Tours joined Prevost team members for the occasion, touring the facility and witnessing firsthand the precision and care that goes into each coach build.

“We’re here today to mark not only the delivery of two coaches, but also to welcome two new customers into the big Prevost family,” said François Tremblay, president of Prevost. “It’s the start of long-term partnerships built on quality, reliability and a shared commitment to excellence.”

The event highlighted Prevost’s commitment to quality and customer experience, as well as the significance of each coach as a solution tailored to operators’ needs.

“This is more than just a delivery; it’s a moment that represents the relationship we work to build with every customer,” said Guillaume Charron, vice president of retail operations at Prevost.

For Lorenz Bus Service and Timi’s Tours, the moment was equally meaningful.

“All of your love for each other shows in your product. Thanks for all that you do,” said Mike Canine, CEO of Lorenz Bus Service.  

“If you don’t think that what you do every day matters, it does. Every weld, every wire that you put in these coaches matters, so thank you,” added Jack Kaufman, vice president of Timi’s Tours.

The “Ring the Bell” tradition continues to be a memorable part of the Prevost delivery experience, reinforcing the company’s focus on partnership, performance and pride in every vehicle that leaves the Sainte-Claire facility.
