VOLVO GROUP COVID TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS (Contact your manager with any questions or concerns) These requirements apply to vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals alike for trade show/conference travel. Prior to travel: - Traveler must have a negative PCR or negative rapid Antigen test no more than 72 hours prior to travel (i.e., test result cannot be older than 72 hours when travel commences) - Traveler must send confirmation of negative test to manager (do not need test, but attestation from traveler that test was taken and was negative) During Travel: - Exercise caution and follower all safety guidelines from airlines, authorities and event organizers Upon Arriving Home: - Take another PCR or rapid Antigen test no earlier than 3 days after return - If you intend to come to the office or visit dealers or customers, a negative PCr or rapid antigen test taken 3-5 days after return is needed + 7-day quarantine if unvaccinated - Do not travel to dealers or customers or come to the office until you have the negative test + 7-day quarantine if unvaccinated - As with pre-travel test, notify your manager whne you have taken the test and received the negative result. Also notify your manager if you test positive. TRAILWAYS & ABA COVID REQUIREMENTS COVID Vaccines or a Negative COVID test with 72 hours are Required to Attend Marketplace. Masks will be required at all indoor activities and on Marketplace transportation unless you are actively eating or drinking. If a person has a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a mask, we will require a statement in writing.
